CLINTON HEALTH ACCESS INITIATIVE JOBS

Quickly understand the HIV prevention landscape in Zimbabwe and the rationale for CHAI Zimbabwe’s HIV prevention program- Develop tools to collect data and monitor combination prevention program performance, including oral PrEP and condoms- Lead the collection and collation of data to inform roll out of interventions and to facilitate evidence-based decisions across HIV prevention programs


- Support the Senior Technical Advisor to liaise between program teams, management, and other CHAI global and country teams- Coordinate and establish credibility and relationships with senior leaders in the MOHCC, in CHAI and relevant partner organizations- Supervise and manage day to day activities of MNCH Program Analyst- Support the MNCH Program Analyst to analyze and draw conclusions from data, to develop and deliver influential presentations (verbal, power point, other), to create documentation and materials that communicate market data and apply the insights generated to improving MNCH services nationally

- Conduct initial diagnostic on TB landscape in the country and conduct periodic updates- Develop the CHAI Zimbabwe TB program objectives and strategies with support from the Program Manager and Access team members, senior management and the MoHCC- Ensure access to TB medicines and diagnostic services to all clients in need through evidence based interventions

- Conduct program and relevant MOHCC data processes, including setting up data tools, data collection, managing data sets, as well as analysis and synthesis of data for continued analysis of programmatic interventions- Develop programmatic tools for monitoring and evaluation, data collection and job-aides

- Support the implementation of the Pediatric HIV program, which includes but is not limited to supporting the design and implementation of project activities;- Manage program and relevant MOHCC data processes including setting up data tools, managing data collection, managing data sets, analysis and synthesis of data and providing analytical support

- Serve as a trusted advisor to governments and CHAI country teams on a variety of topics related to HIV prevention- Provide project management and coordination support on projects across numerous work streams in multiple CHAI focal countries; track project deliverables in each country and support with donor reporting


- Work with the CHAI country and global teams and other key partners to adapt and/or develop strategic and implementation plans to strengthen laboratory diagnostic services in Zimbabwe.- Map the national HIV testing landscape and key national priorities- Identify evidence and data based system strengthening opportunities
