Responsibility
- Develop
and maintain the market agents/ Dealers.
Implement the channel sale policy, and formulate promotion plan. - Enlarge
channel sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
- Keep
good relationship with dealers, and resolve the problems that dealers are
facing.
- Dealing
with customers’ complaints promptly, and collect market information.
- Give
feedback and handle the information from dealers
- Analyze
the information of dealers and market, and forecast the market trends.
- Support
delivery of goods ,payment collection, receipts, account checking, etc.
- Achieve
sales targets individually and submit all the required documents in time.
- Check
sales record and make sure the payments are on time.
- And
any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirement
- Diploma
or Degree in Sales or Marketing or any other related field.
- 2-3
Years working experience in Telecommunications Company or profit making
organization.
- Must
be familiar with Mazabuka (Local Resident)
- Fluent
in the local language of Mazabuka (Tonga)
- Excellent
communication skills (English).
- Possess
strong product and system knowledge.
- Ability
to prioritise and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability
to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.

solving skills
